Now i got good opportunity in Maldives as chef de partie i am taking care of everything in kitchen and i like to start next step forward ⏩ to other countries to show my performance and to learn what they know

Since, i hope i will get good opportunity and my carrier move forward

This all i done in my carrier on role:

Training section goa..

1.. cleaning the work station

2.. working under all departments

3.. cutting mis en place

4..store pickup and checking store good products

5.. maintenance of good hyigen knife and cutting boards

Commi 3 goa

1.. check out the menu according to the menu, make sure ingredients ready

2.. prepare mise en place and food preparation and assist with food presentation as the part of the kitchen. Brigade

3 ..store pick up

4..find the good products and vegetables

5...we need to keep hyigen and clean working area

*Commi 2* *Hyderabad*

1..to prepare the food delegated as your responsibility with high standard responsibly

2.. monitors kitchen equipment and report issues to superiors

3.. Support the Demi Chef de Partie or Commis I in the daily operation and work

4.. Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control
