We need an expert chinese chef who can provide us food with great taste and guide us on raw materials needed and wastage management. We are quite new to the food business and have no knowledge about this. So would need your suggestions and help. We did not decide on the menu as well. It is a cloud kitchen which we will start in few days. Need expert advice.  Please help.
