* Bulk Production (300 number per meal)
- South Indian & North Indian Cuisine
- Breakfast, Meals & evening snacks preparations
- Well versed with bulk cooking
- Able to manage and guide the team as well
- Iventory Management
Other behavioural responsibilities include
- Maintaining the pleasant and positive environment
- Hygienic Food preparations
- Responsible for supervision of kitchen cleaning
- Should be able to handle work pressure
