We arelooking for a skilled and dedicated North Indian Cook to joinour team. The ideal candidate will specialize in authentic North Indiancuisine, ensure compliance with kitchen management guidelines, and be flexibleto prepare other dishes as needed.

KeyResponsibilities:

  1. Cooking and Food Preparation

o  Prepare and cook a variety of North Indian dishes, including curries,rice-based meals, and vegetarian

o  Be flexible to prepare other dishes such as noodles, pasta, and fusioncuisine if required.

o  Ensure dishes are prepared with consistent taste, quality, andpresentation, meeting customer expectations.

o  Customize dishes to accommodate customer preferences, such as spicelevels and dietary restrictions.

 

  1. Kitchen Management

o  Manage kitchen operations effectively, ensuring cleanliness and hygieneare always maintained.

o  Organize and manage inventory, ensuring all ingredients are fresh andadequately stocked.

o  Train and supervise kitchen staff to follow standard procedures andmaintain efficiency.

 

  1. Guidelines and SOPs

o  Strictly adhere to established kitchen guidelines, recipes, and standardoperating procedures (SOPs).

o  Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.

 

  • Team Collaboration

o  Work closely with the restaurant management team to ensure smoothoperations.

o  Provide input on improving processes and enhancing customersatisfaction.

 

  1. Requirements:

o  Proven experience as a North Indian Cook in a restaurant or similarsetting.

o  Expertise in preparing North Indian dishes, flexibility to work in othersection if needed

o  Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

o  Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

o  Ability to follow guidelines and work collaboratively in a fast-pacedenvironment.
