We do not follow **CDP or Commis designations**, as these titles are generally used in luxury hotels. We prefer simple, skill-based roles.
**Salary Structure –
1. **Head Chef** – Minimum 5 years working as Head Chef: ₹70,000 – ₹1,150,000
2. **Senior Cook** – Specialist in one cuisine, 7–10 years experience, minimum 2 years in each company: ₹38,000 – ₹48,000
3. **Junior Cook** – Experience in one cuisine, 4–7 years experience, minimum 1 year in each company: ₹33,000 – ₹38,000
4. **Kitchen Helper** – 2–3 years experience in any one kitchen department, basic knowledge of mise en place and cutting, minimum 1 year in each company: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000
**Freshers:** Usually have limited industry knowledge and are still exploring their career direction.
